I found the location to be fantastic, close to everything. the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! the selection was huge and everything tasted so fresh. the rooftop wading pool and bar provided amazing views. I loved spending evenings there.
i did notice the water bottles in the room weren't complimentary, a bit unexpected for a hotel of this standard.

The room featured two separate sinks. This was very convenient. a rainfall shower was present and it worked perfectly. the room also had a mini-bar stocked with a variety of drinks.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. they go out of their way to assist with any requests. the reception staff was especially helpful in providing directions and recommendations.

the staff was helpful and the food tasted good.
the rooftop bar disappointed me a lot. i was told i couldn't get any snacks with my drinks because the season wasn't open yet. this is not acceptable for a hotel of this price. also, i broke a wine glass in my room and it wasn't replaced!!!

I liked staying at this location. The room was very clean. the staff was really good, and i found everyone helpful with requests. the staff outlined points of interest on a map, it was useful. i also thought the breakfast had plentiful options.
The rooftop bar disappointed me. They did not offer snacks with drinks because the season was not open yet. it is not ideal for an hotel with such prices and reputation.

the breakfast buffet was extensive with many choices. they provided beach towels in a bag when i went to the beach (a nice touch).
i found that water bottles were not complimentary and were not replaced daily.
