the staff were helpful, always happy to help.
the breakfast was not good. there were old fruits and yesterday's dry cucumber. bacon was nearly raw so i had to order it well done every day. the hotel should improve its breakfast quality.

i found the breakfast great. the staff were helpful and always happy to assist. nothing was too much trouble. facilities were excellent in all aspects including bedrooms, wellness, restaurant, food, and cafe. i liked the 10% resident discount on everything i bought in the hotel (a nice touch indeed).
The ac felt weak. This impacted the quality of my stay.

i loved the rooftop pool area with its amazing views. the cocktails at the bar were fantastic and i enjoyed the spacious room. the staff were friendly and helpful making my stay really good.
the gym was quite small and lacked air conditioning making it uncomfortable for a workout.

the gym lacked air conditioning, a significant oversight for a wellness center. the pool was excessively cold, limiting its usability. the rooftop area was consistently overcrowded, preventing my access. the early closing time of the facilities further detracted from my stay.
