poor soundproofingmalfunctioning air conditioning
I was quite annoyed . the soundproofing was terrible. I heard everything from the adjacent rooms, it was really disruptive. also, the air conditioning kept malfunctioning. it was a real struggle to get a decent night's sleep, and that's the bare minimum i expect, frankly, it was not a pleasant experience.
