the indoor activities available for kids were great including the swimming pool and arcade games. the staff were helpful and always smiling. food quality and choice met expectations. the location offered easy access to the beach making it convenient for family fun.
the air conditioning seemed unreliable making the room humid at times.

the room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed. a walk-in closet provided ample storage space and added to the convenience. two sinks were included and the rainfall shower was a great addition.

the spa area included rest areas and a turkish sauna with scrubs. a water world with a slide was a hit with the family. tennis courts were available providing recreational options.

the buffet offered a variety of food choices including a kids' menu. i found the drinks at the all-inclusive bar good enough. a pleasant surprise were the free snacks that were offered.

the staff were friendly the room was quite spacious i had a comfort double room. the food selection was extensive there were numerous choices at each meal. the hotel also offered a variety of activities for both adults and children it had something for everyone
the all-inclusive drinks tasted a bit watered down that was my only small disappointment
