the breakfast had variety and good quality items. the wellness area was clean and relaxing. i found the staff to be very kind and attentive.
the hotel did not offer bicycle rentals at the time of my stay. despite newsletters indicating this service, it was unavailable upon arrival. i hope they implement this soon.

I found the staff helpful. Mario, tomislav, and anja. the hotel grounds were a delight, with peacocks roaming freely, which i didn't expect. i appreciated the clear directions for car arrivals, drive past the white hotel signs, up the hill, and turn left to reach the parking gate (very useful!). the complimentary toiletries felt extensive and of high quality.
I thought the breakfast selection was a bit limited. I wished for more variety in the buffet.

The staff was warm and cute. They provided helpful assistance at all times . filip offered particularly excellent service at the restaurant. their attentiveness added positively to the experience.

some disappointments

small roomshower design
i found a few things not quite right the room was very small there wasn't much space for luggage or moving around. the shower design wasn't great either water easily spilled out and flooded the bathroom. the breakfast wasn't very excellent either i thought there could have been more variety and fresher options available. also spa was noisy it affected the relaxation
