the room was renovated i noticed everything felt fresh and modern. the ac worked great it kept the room very cool. the lobby was very cozy it reminded me of a home away from home. the hotel offered luggage storage that was useful after checkout!
the old town location includes hilly areas i found it potentially unsuitable with mobility issues.

the room was well-equipped with extra amenities. the location was perfect and allowed for easy exploration. the staff were friendly and provided helpful assistance (harry was especially great!). i found this hotel offered excellent value.
i noticed the absence of a microwave and a suitable knife for cutting crusty bread, which would have been useful additions.

The welcome was warm, the front desk staff gave really good explanations, it felt so personalized! even better, the hotel helped with luggage. I really appreciated that extra touch. i left clothes in a drawer and they offered to courier them back. the staff messaged me after i left. Their attentiveness was excellent.
The location is very hilly, so it might be tricky for those with mobility issues. Just something to keep in mind.
