Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location

The rooftop pool area was a highlight, with numerous loungers for relaxation. The on-site gym had sufficient equipment for a good workout (I used the treadmill). Breakfast included many choices.
The hallway outside the room echoed footsteps.

The air conditioning in my double room balcony was not effective. It struggled to cool the space adequately. this made for an uncomfortable night. breakfast offered a limited selection. I expected more variety for a hotel of this supposed caliber. This needs attention.

the staff WAS amazingly helpful. the rooms had great size. i found the cleanliness to be very excellent, every day rooms were cleaned and stocked with plenty of tea. the balcony on the 5th floor provided direct access to the swimming POOL and bar area, that was great.
i noticed some slight creaking sounds from the floor and bed in my room.

the staff members were FRIENDLY and efficient. the reception staff provided quick responses to requests. assistance with luggage storage was quick. the bar service at the pool bar was speedy and polite.
