i wasn't impressed with the service. i asked for extra towels and water, and was told to collect them myself, quite rude. it felt less like a hotel and more like a demanding chore.

I enjoyed the great facilities and helpful staff. They were always available. the breakfast selection was vast, and the small gym was a bonus. i liked the pool and its amazing view.
