the location allowed easy exploration i walked to the palace gates within minutes the quiet local atmosphere was a welcome contrast the room offered a great view from its balcony we often enjoyed coffee there the staff was consistently attentive the breakfast service was a highlight each morning.
the jacuzzi was not hot it was only warm.

The hotel location offered very easy access to the ferry port and local markets. I had a clean room with very good air conditioning. The breakfast included many options and fresh selections. The staff was friendly and helpful .
The pillows were a bit lumpy.

The location is close to main attractions. Breakfast offered many options and was quite convenient. The room faced the port and provided a great view. The interior was cool and calm.

the location allowed easy access to many restaurants and the ferry port. the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially with our early check-in. i found the transfers they organized to be a good value. the hotel provided an excellent base for exploring the area and its attractions.
i needed tea and coffee in my room and had to request these items each morning at breakfast. it would be better if these amenities were readily available without having to ask. this small change would significantly improve convenience.

the hotel is located conveniently near the palace and the promenade. it is only a short walk from the main attractions. it is also close enough to the action without being right in the middle of the busiest areas.
