the staff displayed genuine warmth.. I appreciated their readiness to assist with any request. The room was not only modern but impeccably clean. I especially enjoyed the upgraded room with a sea view and a balcony.

I found the staff friendly. Ines provided great help with directions. The room had a reasonably large balcony offering ample space. The breakfast featured a wide variety of food choices. I especially appreciated the fresh options. (the pastries were amazing!).
The gym's equipment seemed a little outdated.

the location near the ferry terminal was certainly convenient. the proximity made catching our early ferry relatively stress-free.
The room felt somewhat outdated. the bathroom looked worn, definitely in need of some upgrades. the breakfast selection left much to be desired. The limited options felt a bit repetitive .
