The wifi was completely unreliable in my room. this was a major problem since i needed to work. also, the air conditioning barely functioned.

the location was really convenient (right in the center, as they say). the currency exchange service in the lobby helped a lot.
the room was quite dark. there was not enough natural light coming in, and even though the room was big, the tv seemed really small. it made it hard to watch anything comfortably.

The air conditioning in my room was not effective. I could not adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. This made sleeping difficult. I also found the breakfast service to be somewhat disorganized. Some items were not promptly refilled, and the area became quite crowded. The staff seemed overwhelmed..

I appreciated the spacious room. It featured a comfortable bed and ample space. I also found the breakfast selection great with many options. The hotel's location near key attractions was convenient for exploring.
The bar did not provide seating at the actual bar. Guests could only sit at tables.
