major facilities comfortable parking missing order broken holder
My room was quite large. It also had major facilities, including WiFi. THE parking situation suited my wife's needs, as she has a disability.
My toilet roll holder fell off the wall. I also found some hairs on the bathroom floor. I joined some friends at dinner and placed my order at the same time, but my order was missed.

helpful staff coffee machines free gym
The staff was helpful. I liked the coffee machines with both caffeinated and decaf options. The hotel offered biscuits and fruit near reception in the morning. I found that convenient. I was able to use the gym, included in the price.
My room got too warm. I would have liked air conditioning in the room as it was hot weather.

The staff provided assistance, the coffee machines were easy to access, and the biscuits and fruit near reception were a nice offering. The gym access included in the price adds value to the stay. The flavoured water machine is a genius idea.

The room was a good size for two adults, and the bathroom had a good-sized, clean shower. An iron and ironing board were also available in the room, which I appreciated. The room was functional and the bed and bathroom were fine.
