fantastic stay in a charming chalet
immaculate chalet great wifi relaxed check-in
The chalet was immaculate, and it was super clean. the grounds featured two rivers. i had great wifi access. the staff facilitated a relaxed check-in process. i appreciated the pre-warmed jacuzzi upon my arrival. I found this quite thoughtful.
i noticed a persistent whine from the jacuzzi when on the balcony, as i couldn't turn it off later. instructions for the jacuzzi would be beneficial.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Noted
unresponsive service missing apology
The out-of-hours service was unresponsive when I contacted them. It took almost an hour for them to address a fire alarm that kept going off. This disrupted two hours of my time and I received no apology or follow-up to ensure it was resolved.
