the convenient parking was appreciated. the spacious room included cozy pillows. the super clean spa had a warm pool (the pool really felt good after a long day).

I found the staff very helpful with directions. The free shuttle service to Verona's city center and train station was useful. I used it multiple times. The on-site restaurant offered high-quality meals.

the staff at reception were helpful. the breakfast had a good choice of food each day. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the train station (i found this very convenient).
the room's interior seemed a little outdated. the minibar was empty upon arrival. some lights in the room were blinking, a bit distracting.
