fantastic stay
perfect locationcomfy bedsdouble room
the location is perfect , very close to the beach and shops. the room was nicer than i expected. the beds were comfy. i booked a superior double room and i was very happy about that.
the air conditioning in our room was very loud.

the hotel has a lovely pool that is not too deep. there is a smaller pool around the back. the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them , which is great.

the food had plenty of choice each evening and tasted great. the restaurant is clean with delicious food , so everyone will find something for themselves. the dishes can surprise you.

The staff were so kind to us. This created a warm environment, with good service. I found a nice location near the beach and the town. The facilities were also great.
I experienced mixed feelings at the hotel. Sometimes our food felt lukewarm. There was a microwave to heat food. The snack bar was not good at all.

the location is GREAT for reaching restaurants. friendly staff were helpful. the rooms were very CLEAN .
the shower had problems with consistent temperature. it varied from cold to HOT. there were not enough seafood options. the pool closed too EARLY each day.

i found the staff to be joyful. they provided great service. there were amazing snacks available, especially the pancakes. it was also good that i could visit their sister hotels.
the rooms looked dated from the outside. my room was small and dark. the plastic chairs on the balcony were cheap. it lacked luxury touches.
