The resort grounds are beautiful with a very nice beach. The Signature Level pool had dreamy lawn chairs. I enjoyed relaxing there. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. I found the food to be amazing and varied. The Xtra Time Sort Bar was a wonderful addition!!!
I found the check-in process somewhat confusing, as I had to visit multiple counters for different requests.

i stayed for four nights in a beautiful room. the room had two separate sinks which i found very useful and a rainfall shower that added a touch of luxury. the hotel staff were generally attentive and helpful.
