the breakfast had good variety , i found the staff helpful and friendly. the hotel organized airport transfers. the rooftop pool is beautiful with great city views.
i tried to book a spa treatment , but there was no one at reception. i downloaded the app , but found no availability . the uber driver struggled to find the location.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They organized my airport transfers quickly. My room had complimentary coffee pods and a water bottle. The staff restocked these every day. The rooftop pool provided beautiful city views. I found this relaxing. I also enjoyed the tasty breakfast buffet. It had a good variety.

faulty air conditioning small bathroom
the location was good with bars and restaurants very close plus many places of interest within walking distance
i booked a room but found the air conditioning cut in and out all night it made it hard to sleep the staff argued with me when i asked about it they said i changed the setting and broke it the bathroom was also unacceptably small

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of fresh options. I appreciated the coffee and tea service at the table each morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed my request for an extra fan, delivering it within fifteen minutes.
