clean room comfortable bed bottled water
the room was excellent! it was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. i loved the very good water pressure in the shower! fresh bottled water was provided every day, too
The access in and out of the two pools isn't great! the larger pool has only a two-step ladder. It makes it very difficult to get out

missing cash no anniversary greeting
The pool area was very good. It had two pools and plenty of sunbeds.
None of the staff mentioned our occasion, and there wasn't a small greeting in our room to mark it! i emailed the hotel asking them to check the security cameras near our room because some cash was missing from my wallet, but i haven't received any reply, not even an apology!
