lovely foodrude staff
The food in the restaurant tasted lovely.
Some of the staff were rude and unfriendly when i arrived with a group. I mentioned this to a waiter who was helpful.

The staff left champagne and chocolates in my room, which faced the canal. i used the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. This was included. the deal covered bed, breakfast, and a two-course meal. the food was beautiful. I appreciated gemma adams' excellent customer service.

The deputy manager provided fantastic customer service. She was very nice and helpful. a server brought homemade shortbread decorated for our anniversary. She was lovely and friendly. the staff had entertainment on, a nice addition to the hotel experience.
