Underwhelming stay

I found issues upon arrival. Check-in involved very long queues. After waiting the first time, our room was not yet ready. I needed to queue again later. The check-in process was not smooth. The room smelled slightly like smoke, it was unpleasant. Breakfast service was slow too. Coffee and toast came very late. It overshadowed some positive aspects.
