The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I found many local and classic options. The hotel felt cozy and charming to me.
The staff was not very smiley at reception. I did not get a refund, even after asking about it.

excessively warm out of service equipment
the breakfast selection met my expectations.
I had issues with the room temperature. It was excessively warm. opening the window didn't help much. the gym also disappointed me, as some equipment was out of service (it only had one working treadmill).

extensive breakfast friendly staff central location
I found the breakfast buffet delicious. It was also fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful . I was able to walk to many sights from the hotel.
The gym was slightly small for my needs. I needed a bit more equipment.

loud air conditioning small bathroom
the breakfast buffet had a great variety of choices.
The air conditioning was too loud. It made it hard to sleep. also, the bathroom was quite small, barely enough room to move around. the staff wasn't very attentive, really disappointing.

really good breakfast and friendly staff
friendly staff superb breakfast comfortable room top tier housekeeping
the staff were really friendly. the breakfast was superb. the variety was very nice. the room was very comfortable and the bed felt excellent. housekeeping services were top tier, this i appreciated a lot.
the elevators was very small. only a few served such a big hotel. the shower was similarly small, i did not like it much. the hotel needs a refresh because it had old carpets that changed colour. accessing the parking caused difficulty.

the hotel is approximately a five to ten minute walk from the train station. this mean its location is in a somewhat quieter area, a big plus. it still have a central location, very convienient.
