The hotel has a great theme and fantastic dining options, but the cleanliness of the communal areas and some room issues left me wanting more. While I enjoyed the vibrant casino atmosphere and the diverse restaurant choices, the housekeeping could use some improvement, particularly in the common areas.

The room was large and had a nice view, but it could definitely use an update. While it was generally clean, it felt a bit dusty, and I was disappointed to get two queen beds instead of the king I had paid extra for.

Housekeeping was friendly and responsive, bringing extra pillows upon request. However, the experience at the VIP check-in could be improved as it felt a bit rushed and unwelcoming.

The location is excellent, right on the Strip, making it easy to access attractions and nearby hotels. I appreciated being within walking distance of several entertainment options.

Dining options were diverse, and the breakfast at the Italian restaurant was outstanding. I enjoyed visiting for breakfast multiple times, but Gallaghers restaurant was a letdown with slow service and subpar food.

The pool was closed during my visit, which was disappointing, but the overall hotel facilities were decent and added to the enjoyment of my stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel during our stay. On one hand, the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, especially for my daughter's birthday. On the other hand, the rooms left much to be desired, with cleanliness issues and a lack of amenities like fridges. The location is decent, but it's a bit of a trek to the livelier parts of the Strip. Overall, while there were some positives, the room quality really affected my stay.
