I found the staff to be approachable. The location offers a tranquil setting right by the river. the room was clean and generously sized. Parking was easy. the view added to the experience!

The reception staff were helpful at check-in, they addressed my queries quickly. The restaurant staff were attentive during dinner service. i received prompt assistance when i requested extra towels. The service was consistent.

The location suited my travel plans perfectly. The room had everything I needed. Staff members were helpful and friendly. I felt welcome. I could find secured parking because there were barriers in the car park. This added peace of mind.
The television turned on during the night. I unplugged it.

good restaurant comfortable room friendly staff
I found the restaurant offered a good choice of food. the room was very comfortable. It featured an ensuite bathroom and a sitting area. the staff members were friendly and helpful to me.
I noticed the room was slightly tired. This detracted very little from my stay.

The breakfast selection was amazing!!! there was a wide variety of options available. Everything tasted delicious. i particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and the cooked breakfast items.

The hotel's location is convenient. It is situated just off the m6 motorway. this makes it a very practical stopover. the ample free parking is a definite plus.

The reception staff provided excellent customer service. They were always attentive. the general manager, vicky, ensured excellent communication . her dedication to guest satisfaction was apparent.

river view helpful staff free parking
the room overlooked the river. it was so peaceful. the team really made this hotel shine, especially rebecca at check-in and kevin and ben in the bar. i found free parking too and it wasn't some anpr nonsense.
the en-suite bathroom toilet felt close to the wall where the toilet roll holder was. i had to sit at an angle.

The breakfast choices were great. Staff were all great. They were also very helpful. I have stayed here many times.
My room had a slight musty smell. Some lights were flickering. I got the impression this was not new and was just a neglected repair. The charging system seemed dated and inadequate.

spacious room clean room varied breakfast sewage smell guest noise tired appearance
the room was spacious and very clean. the bed was very comfortable for a good night sleep. breakfast offered a lot of choice and the food tasted good.
the bathroom had a smell of sewage i didn't like. i heard noise from other guests partying until late. the hotel looks a bit tired and needs some updates for a better experience.
