my stay included a facial at the spa, and my skin felt amazing even two days later. i enjoyed the convenient location as i walked everywhere easily. breakfast offered everything i could need with top quality produce. the staff provided really good service and were very helpful throughout my stay.
The receptionist kept checking if we were sharing the bed and if we were aware it was only one bed. They also asked if both of us were sharing the room, since it was a king bed and not a twin, that felt uncomfortable.

the breakfast service offered a wide variety of top-quality produce and endless choices. amarylis, the gourmet restaurant, provides a lovely atmosphere with excellent service. a four-course tasting meal, alongside wine pairings, was pretty good and was more than sufficient.

every member of staff was top class and were really good expectations. the reception staff is professional and helpful. the staff supplied packed breakfasts due to a day trip being brought forward. they also ordered taxis as required.

I found my room very clean. the staff assisted me with directions to local attractions. i thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast selection. It had many options. i also liked that the hotel arranged a transfer to auschwitz.
The paid parking was not near the hotel. It was a bit of a walk in the rain. it would be better if the description mentioned this distance.

The hotel provides handmade chocolates upon arrival, these are a nice touch. The staff booked tours and transportation, this made planning easier. I found the breakfast had good variety, it included eggs cooked to order. Also the hotel upgraded my room prior to arrival at no cost.
The paid parking was not close to the hotel. This required a twelve-minute walk in the rain.
