street noisecoffee availability
the street noise was definitely an issue. even on a higher floor, the sounds of late-night revelers persisted, hindering sleep quality.. the provided earplugs offered minimal relief. i also found the lack of readily available coffee in the room disappointing. there was a machine, but restocking seemed inconsistent.

Service Problems and Basic Breakfast
good locationrude staffthin walls
The location was good for access to different attractions.
The breakfast was a big letdown. The options was limited and not that exciting. Staff in the restaurant had an attitude problem. They acted like they were doing me a favour when I asked for something. The noise at night from other guests slamming doors made it hard to sleep soundly. I feel the walls are not properly soundproofed.

the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. i liked that the hotel maintains a non-smoking environment. the room's windows open wide, offering nice views from the large windowsills. room 304 features a bathtub spanning the bathroom's window length.
i found it difficult to discern staff from customers because of the varied attire. there were instances where staff were not readily available for assistance. the absence of a kettle in the room was also a minor inconvenience.
