my room was spacious and quiet. i found two toilets, unexpected. the room included a full-sized hair dryer and many towels.

the hotel didn't seem like a 4-star place. there was no iron in the room. i had to go to the basement ironing room for clothes.

outdated cards magnetic strip

The room was clean and its size was acceptable.

The outdated magnetic strip cards used as room keys barely worked. I had to get new keys almost every time I left the room since the card readers struggled to read the magnetic strip. This was necessary to access the lift, (which was also annoying).

the location was good for accessing trains and the main square was within walking distance.

I found several issues . the room lacked basic amenities such as tea and cups. There was only coffee. when i went for breakfast, i was told i hadn't paid, but my wife confirmed she had. it caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. the staff could have communicated better. but the wi-fi was slow.

The room included a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. i found the location convenient, as it was close to both the train station and the shopping center. i slept very well in the large and comfortable bed. It was amazing.

i noticed the breakfast buffet lacked clear allergy labels, which could be improved. i had to ask staff for assistance each time to confirm ingredients. it's crucial for hotels to prioritize accessibility for all guests.

great selection packed breakfast clean tables

The breakfast had a great selection. Staff arranged a packed breakfast when I had an early tour. The staff in the dining room kept the tables clean and cleared away dishes quickly (a very nice touch).

I found that there was only coffee in the room. I did not find any tea or cups.

The location was convenient. It was a short walk to the train station. i also appreciated the proximity to the shopping center. the food was generally good. it was AMAZING!!!

The room keys used outdated magnetic strip cards, and they barely worked. i had to get new keys every time i left the room. this was also required to access the lift. This rarely worked. the walls needed painting. The furniture arrangement was not good.
