The toaster at breakfast was indeed a joke! it seemed like there were not enough staff available, so replenishing items took far too long. Even getting a boiled egg was like a task. the bacon resembled chopped bits, though the homemade butter was quite good. unfortunately, there was a conference happening, finding a seat in the foyer was nearly impossible. It was like paying guests were not a priority. Next time, i may have to consider the hilton.

i enjoyed the spacious room, it features a fridge and safe. there was also a kettle with tea and coffee. the smart tv allows for streaming, i found that quite useful. the staff was also helpful, especially with directions.

I found the hotel's location convenient, close to both tram stops and the railway station. The breakfast selection was really good. I especially enjoyed the waffles. I even left my handbag in the restaurant and the staff promptly returned it to me. i appreciated this honest and efficient service.
The pool and jacuzzi felt somewhat small considering the number of guests. It was sometimes challenging to find space.
