i found the building modern. the staff seemed friendly. the beds were comfortable, and the bedding also seemed comfortable. the hotel sits within historic Kazimierz. wawel royal castle is within walking distance. i found easy tram links to most districts.
my room lack a coffee corner. i found only two small bottles of water upon arrival. the room seem a bit chilly, the heating not appear to worked correctly.

The hotel offers complimentary coffee and hot chocolate. I liked it. The location is also excellent, with numerous restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance! I appreciated the comfortable, large bed and the fluffy pillows. There was an option to request harder pillows, too.
The hard flooring made the rooms quite noisy. That was unfortunate.

the check-in process was quick. the room had modern amenities. i found accessible services through a tablet. the neighborhood has happening spots and is close to the riverside. the free coffee in the lobby was a plus. i appreciated the quiet environment.
The minibar only included two small bottles of water. there were no slippers or toothbrush in the room initially. I had to request those. it wasn't a big deal, but slightly inconvenient.

The hotel provided free bicycle rentals, a great way for exploring the surrounding areas at my own pace. My room included a tablet for controlling lights, temperature, and ordering room service. The convenience was excellent. I received a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival, a nice touch after a long journey. The on-site gym and spa offered a good range of options for relaxation and exercise .
My room's air conditioning seemed to have a slight issue. It produced a constant airflow noise even when set to zero.
