climate controldry air
I found the climate control system disappointing. It seemed IMPOSSIBLE to adjust. Even on the lowest setting, the room remained uncomfortably warm. I had to open the windows despite it being October. The fan ran constantly and loudly, drying the air considerably.

the reception staff wasn't very attentive. the hotel bar was closed one night. i wasn't able to get a quick drink.

The standard guest room offered ample space, a good surprise. the bathroom had two sinks. This made getting ready so easy. the location proved very convenient. Tram access was just outside.

The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh towels arrived daily and the hotel provided bottled water. The staff offered helpful service and proved friendly. The pool area was notably clean also.
The hotel bar remained closed one night and I could not have a quick drink after my long drive. The room showed rising damp marks in some areas. Sugar stained bedside tables.
