a romantic getaway
excellent view designed room hotel stay
i was delighted to see a big room that was well designed. the windows offered an excellent view of the city. the hotel provided everything i needed and i felt really good about it.
the elevators didn't work perfectly sometimes we had to wait a bit.

i booked a room with a palace view and mentioned a proposal plan staff noticed and upgraded me to a presidential suite. the welcome included wine fruit and cake which touched my heart it created lasting memories.

the classic king room felt spacious and everything needed was there. the design was thoughtful providing both comfort and style. i found the large windows to offer beautiful panoramic views.

the swimming pool and relaxation zone were maintained perfectly i enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere for unwinding. the drink bar provided a great atmosphere and i really enjoyed spending time there. it was good.

comfortable bed pillow type loud air cold drink
I stayed in a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and bath. I am grateful for this. the bed was lovely and comfortable and i appreciate the choice of pillow type that staff delivered quickly to my door ON request.
The air con did not seem to go lower than 21c. It was VERY loud at night. the fridge did not keep drinks cold, i am not grateful.

adequate stay, concerning wellness
cold pool short time
The room was very clean and spacious. It met my expectations.
Days before my arrival i get email. This limit my stay at one hour a day. the pool felt cold when i put my feet in it. As result i could not get in. the jacuzzi could only accommodate a few people at once.

excellent facilities friendly staff clean room great view
The hotel is located near main transportation links. I found the onsite facilities to be excellent. Staff members were professional. I felt welcome. The rooms are clean. The view from the room was great. Personnel assisted promptly with everything I requested. I felt I was in an Intercontinental hotel. The gym and pool are on the 43rd floor. I found a great view there.

just so-so experience
brown stains rude staff
my room wasnt super clean. i noticed a few brown stains on the floor, and that wasnt nice. also, i found it odd that i had to pay extra for the airport shuttle even with a beautiful suite. it felt a little cheap. and the staff at the reception werent the friendliest, they seemed rather judgemental when i asked questions.

quiet breakfast amazing gym friendly staff
breakfast at the club lounge was awesome, really quiet and the service was speedy. the gym is huge and super clean. the views are amazing. i also found the staff to be friendly and professional, always ready to help. room service was also quick and delicious, i loved it!
The elevators were slow and didn't always stop on my floor, so i had to use the stairs sometimes. It was annoying!

the gym has a large selection of equipment with treadmills and stationary bikes. free weights! there is also a pool and jacuzzi available to all hotel guests on a higher floor. the hotel offers a spa.
