old acworn towels
I stayed in a superior king room higher floor, but it felt pretty standard. the ac was quite old and struggled to keep the room cool. the towels also seemed a bit worn, not what i expect from a hotel like this! the lobby wasn't really festive at all. No christmas decorations. it was kind of a letdown.

Honestly, the tv situation was a joke. i mean, who has just a single film channel, and it's dubbed?! it's 2024, not some black-and-white movie era. and don't even get me started on the toiletries. A single shower cap for a whole family? talk about stingy.

the pool was spacious and very relaxing. breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). our room was large and bright. very well equipped with a good shower. the bed provided nice comfort.
I noticed the air conditioning temperature was not accurately selectable. This needs some updates.
