helpful staff great location spacious room musty odor poor duvet depressing room
I found the staff quite friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was great for seeing the sights. i had a superior double room. It was very spacious. the breakfast had freshly cooked asparagus, which i enjoyed every morning.
My room had an odor i found musty. the quality of the duvet and pillows was poor. the room was also not very decorated. I found it depressing.

I had a superior double room. It was very spacious. the bathroom was one of the nicest i have seen. the location was great for walking.
The staff weren't very pleasant to us. I didn't feel the usual 5 service!

wonderful boutique experience
separate shower convenient bathtub fresh juices
my room featured useful amenities. the bathroom had both a separate shower and a bathtub, very convenient. i found the breakfast selection amazing with many fresh fruits and vegetables. freshly squeezed juices were a definite highlight!
the reception desk seemed understaffed at times. i noticed delays during peak hours. it seemed to affect the overall efficiency during check-in.
