The hotel staff were helpful. Marinella, riccardo, and luca were particularly cute. they greeted me warmly each time i saw them. the room was spacious and well equipped. its design and amenities were well thought out and i loved the convenient location close to many attractions.
the check-in process was a little slow, slightly inconvenient after a long journey, i also noticed minor wear and tear on some of the furniture.

The premises included a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It was open from 6 am to 10 pm. the business center offers two computer stations and a printer, accessible 24/7, ensuring guests can work comfortably, i really loved it.

breakfast included a selection of fresh pastries, artisanal cheeses, and local honey. the breakfast area has a seating capacity for 40 guests. luca's restaurant offers a menu that focuses on regional specialties, using ingredients sourced from local farms, that was amazing. the selection was huge!

flawless city stay

I was happy with the location. It's a short walk to many main attractions. the staff felt attentive. They were friendly and helpful . the hotel design looked gorgeous, and i appreciated the attention to detail in the room. i found everything functional and practical (which is a plus).
the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room seemed a very small drawback.

the staff showed true kindness, i felt a warm welcome with a drink. our room was a beautiful choice, it had designs that pleased my eye and felt clean. every time i returned, the reception greeted me with smiles.
the car service damaged my car during parking. they first hid the damage. this situation created an uncomfortable feeling.

the location was excellent, with access to the city's attractions. i found the sit-down breakfast a pleasant change from typical self-service options.
my room lacked coffee-making facilities, i consider that essential. the bathroom was somewhat inconvenient (i couldn't quite put my finger on it, though). the hotel is a little hard to find for taxi drivers (they are not very familiar with the street).

I encountered some issues . the breakfast selection was surprisingly limited. the portions served à la carte felt small. I expect more from a hotel in this price range. also, upon arrival, there was no one available to assist with luggage from the taxi. I had to manage it myself. porter assistance at the entrance is a standard i anticipate.
