the breakfast included a great omelette station. i communicated with the hotel prior to our arrival and received a reply within minutes on every occasion except once.
the lounge is a great area though the space needs to be larger.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the castle.
The room felt old and wasn't soundproof. i could hear noises from the lobby and people talking, which disrupted my sleep. It was a struggle. also, the breakfast seemed quite average, lacking the quality i expected.

The location was quite acceptable near the river.
The rooftop bar service disappointed me greatly. The bar was half empty, yet the service was slow. They even ran out of drinking glasses (I mean, come on!). The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than serving customers.

excellent servicevegetable samosas
I appreciated the excellent service at this hotel. The breakfast included many options, and the staff cooked eggs to order, which i found very kind. The crisp vegetable samosas were also a highLIGHT.
The hotel gym is not very big.
