aleksandra the conference supervisor was GREAT with her charm. She had a helpful attitude and helped make our weekend a success. The whole reception staff were readily available and helpful. Everything was perfect and was great.
The breakfast was very busy. We had to sit outside the restaurant to eat. There wasn't much selection at breakfast. The mashed up hash browns were probably one of the best bits!

i discovered a super clean, well organised room, just perfect after a long day. the bath was so hot it soothed my weary muscles. i love the room were clean and in order. the rate.
a slight delay at check in because one person was assisting everyone, but the staff remained lovely nevertheless.

the breakfast was good, though it didn't blow me away.
I arrived and discovered a concerning lack of conditioner in the room. the shower wall was leaking right onto the bathroom floor. the tv signal was also unstable. It would show some channels, but then the signal would just disappear.

the conference room was clean. it offered complimentary access to the swimming pool and fitness center. alexandra was an excellent hostess and regularly topped up water and snacks for us.
i found the hotel to be quite old and it needs some serious spending on it
