dirty bathroom orange stains
the rooms are spacious, which i found acceptable.
I stayed in a superior room, and i have to say the bathroom wasn't overly clean. There were orange sweat stains in the shower screen, pretty disgusting. the bathroom floor needed a deep clean because there was dirt there and some used hair clips in the groves. it was frustrating, and i expect better.

a stay with some minor issues
clean room helpful staff burnt coffee limited hours
i stayed for a night and found the room to be quite clean. the shower had good pressure. the staff were helpful and quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the tv. i also liked that the hotel offered complimentary biscuits upon arrival.
the breakfast was not great. the coffee tasted burnt. the gym hours were limited, closing at 8 pm. this made it difficult to fit in a workout after a day of travel. also, the price for drinks at the event was quite high.

Underwhelming stay
broken air conditioning no outdoor seating
The receptionist was very friendly (always a plus!).
My room was not ready at check-in, and I had to wait nearly an hour. The air conditioning did not work. They only offered a fan. There was no outdoor seating near the bar or restaurant.
