the front desk staff were always so warm and helpful. i really loved the warm cookie at check-in. the swimming pool provided such a refreshing experience, it was amazing. the bed, oh. the bed was divine and perfect.
the parking fee felt a little high considering the hotel's location, though understandable.

i stayed for a night and found the room to be quite clean. the shower had good pressure. the staff were helpful and quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the tv. i also liked that the hotel offered complimentary biscuits upon arrival.
the breakfast was not great. the coffee tasted burnt. the gym hours were limited, closing at 8 pm. this made it difficult to fit in a workout after a day of travel. also, the price for drinks at the event was quite high.

the staff are helpful at all times. i found a large supermarket only a 15 minute walk away (tesco is very convenient).
the gym is small. the pool area is also basic and nothing special.

The reception staff was super lovely when i arrived. she sorted out a room change easily because i needed a twin room. the bar staff in the evening were excellent and friendly. the gym also had a lovely lady working there. It was a wonderful treat.

The receptionist was very friendly (always a plus!).
My room was not ready at check-in, and I had to wait nearly an hour. The air conditioning did not work. They only offered a fan. There was no outdoor seating near the bar or restaurant.
