serene escape
warm staff warm cookie refreshing experience divine bed
the front desk staff were always so warm and helpful. i really loved the warm cookie at check-in. the swimming pool provided such a refreshing experience, it was amazing. the bed, oh. the bed was divine and perfect.
the parking fee felt a little high considering the hotel's location, though understandable.

a stay with some minor issues
clean room helpful staff burnt coffee limited hours
i stayed for a night and found the room to be quite clean. the shower had good pressure. the staff were helpful and quickly addressed a minor issue i had with the tv. i also liked that the hotel offered complimentary biscuits upon arrival.
the breakfast was not great. the coffee tasted burnt. the gym hours were limited, closing at 8 pm. this made it difficult to fit in a workout after a day of travel. also, the price for drinks at the event was quite high.

helpful staff large supermarket
the staff are helpful at all times. i found a large supermarket only a 15 minute walk away (tesco is very convenient).
the gym is small. the pool area is also basic and nothing special.

a comfortable birthday break
twin room friendly staff excellent service
The reception staff was super lovely when i arrived. she sorted out a room change easily because i needed a twin room. the bar staff in the evening were excellent and friendly. the gym also had a lovely lady working there. It was a wonderful treat.

Underwhelming stay
broken air conditioning no outdoor seating
The receptionist was very friendly (always a plus!).
My room was not ready at check-in, and I had to wait nearly an hour. The air conditioning did not work. They only offered a fan. There was no outdoor seating near the bar or restaurant.

The room was big, and it was well laid out! the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was also quiet, and i slept really well.
the health club had certain hours to work out though non-hotel guests can pay to use it.
