fresh dishescleaning service
the daily buffet offered a wide variety of fresh dishes! the cleaning service was very helpful with extra towels and new drinks. i was very happy.
The music played constantly and loudly. It was hard to find a quiet place at times!

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Tennis Facilities

The overall atmosphere was warm and cute. The staff were always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were excellent, and everything seemed designed to. The tennis courts were in great condition, the training sessions well organized, and the coaches knowledgeable and supportive.
The music and singing from the neighboring hotel was loud. It continued until late at night. This disturbed the peace in the rooms.

The room included a comfortable bed and sufficient storage. There was a television with multiple channels available. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a selection of toiletries.

A Truly Romantic Getaway!

The evening activities were very fun. It made every night special. I found the waterpark fun for both kids and adults. We spent hours there. The hotel territory has very friendly cats that my children adored. The food was AMAZING!!! There was so much to choose from. The tennis courts provided a wonderful sporting outlet. The gym is possibly the best I have ever seen.
The cafe, while nice, could explore new options for sweets. It would elevate the experience further.

FANTASTIC stay!

This golf location is PRIME (it's a golfer's dream!). I enjoyed the newly designed pier and pool bar. Both areas are modern. The outdoor training area offered yoga and other sports. I visited several times. The spacious room with a garden view was VERY comfortable.
Finding a table during peak hours in the main dining area can sometimes be a little tricky.

The guest relations team was helpful and available via WhatsApp. They provided instant replies. Staff members throughout the hotel were generally friendly and eager to assist with requests. I found the service to be prompt and efficient .

The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. It had a nice garden view. The mini bar was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. This was appreciated. I had no issues with noise levels in my room.

The pools are huge and very clean. There are water slides and a foam party. There are many tennis courts in very good condition. I took advantage of the outdoor training area for yoga sessions (it was really nice!).
