poor service lacking help
i will say that the service was lacking. beach and pool service was disappointing. there was no help with umbrellas. no one ever offered or brought beverages. also, housekeeping entered my room even though i had a do not disturb sign hanging, they moved the sofa then left without cleaning.

Really good Service and Quality Amenities

attentive staff delicious food clean atmosphere renovated rooms
The staff demonstrated very nice attentiveness, especially regarding our children. Murat was particularly helpful and friendly. The food selection suited everyone's taste. Cleanliness and a cute atmosphere marked the entire hotel. I found the service consistently kind and professional. Murat Dogan Yilmaz provided excellent service. The bed was very comfortable with a nice interior design. I especially appreciated the personal service. The rooms were recently renovated, now having computer-controlled systems.
The minibar restock was somewhat inconsistent. This was the only minor inconvenience I experienced.

The food tasted impeccably delicious, and the restaurants exhibited cleanliness and elegance. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offered diverse variations of middle-eastern, central-European, and western cuisines. It catered to many different tastes.
