the resort had a fantastic sandy beach all pools were great we received an unexpected room upgrade the villa was perfect every member of staff provided excellent service food options at every restaurant were first class

lovely experience with really good service

personal pool excellent food smooth process

The unexpected upgrade to a private villa with a personal pool greatly enhanced the whole vacation. food was excellent across all restaurants. every staff member demonstrated excellent service. we had golf at pasha, sultan, and nobilis courses. The process was smooth because bilyana golf booked the trip.

the gym required a paid reservation! this was unexpected, and i didn't see the point considering the resort's overall offerings.

The main restaurant featured diverse choices. I always found something appealing. i especially liked the fresh salads and grilled fish available daily. the presentation was very appetizing, i really appreciated it.

guest relations was perfect and solved all issues immediately. the staff was friendly, especially at the lobby bar. staff always greeted me with a smile and was ready to assist, which i really valued.

amazing stay with great food!

extraordinary pools fast service gluten-free meal

i stayed in garden suite. the cleanliness was great and gardens are well maintained. pools are extraordinary. the service at the table and the bar was fast. they ensured my gluten-free meal was easy. the guest relations and the restaurant were very helpful.

i noticed the hotel looked to be busy. getting assistance from the staff was sometimes difficult. i recommend being nice to them and tipping whenever possible. some guests were rude to the staff. it was not nice to see on vacation.

the pools were good. i like that there was multiple swimming pools. the entertainment team has a variety of activities for all ages. the dining options offer something to satisfy any palate.

the bed werent cleaned every day. i had to sleep on a bed with bloodstains for two days. the lift did not work and it took a long time for the other to arrive. massages were very expensive.
