Solid stay with great service
daily housekeeping food options multiple pools
the room was clean and well maintained i appreciated the daily housekeeping service. staff members demonstrated attentiveness i noticed this especially during meal times. i found the variety of food options satisfying with different cuisines available each day. i enjoyed having multiple pools and sunbathing areas that were cleaned regularly.
the checkout process was slightly disorganized which caused a delay i hope they can streamline this in the future.

the hotel provides several swimming pools for adults and children the area around the pool includes many sun loungers and umbrellas. a gym with modern equipment is available who want to exercise there is also an on-site spa.

the hotel is positioned within reasonable distance to local shops this enables convenient access to various amenities. the distance to the beach is short and easy to access which is a definitive advantage. there are no noisy businesses near the hotel.

excellent service helpful department fresh pizza
This hotel provides excellent service. The guest relations department is very helpful. There are fresh made pizzas available on the beach. The hotel offers cocktails, lunch, and ice cream on the beach.
I experienced one inconvenience . There was nowhere available to watch english football matches. The hotel should consider this option .

The staff was great and very helpful. They were also cute. The waiters in the restaurant provided drinks quickly. They ensured all guests felt special and well-cared for.

fresh towels branded drinks helpful representative
The room included daily cleaning and fresh towels, a nice touch. I liked the branded drinks available at the bars. Goksu (the guest relations representative) was very helpful.
The language barrier sometimes caused minor misunderstandings with orders.
