the food selection was varied and quite delicious. plenty of activities were available throughout the day. i found the service helpful.
The cocktail selection was limited. the same cocktail tasted the same each time. i had to pay extra for nicer drinks. This was misleading on the website. the tui reps seemed rude. they looked uninterested.

the resort offered multiple pools. these pools included waterslides. evening shows were also entertaining. i enjoyed these activities.
the village room i booked seemed old. it needed updates. the floor had noticeable filth. the wardrobes were not tall enough for dresses.

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. The entertainment team provided fun activities daily and amazing shows each evening. I enjoyed the fitness classes and appreciated the variety of options available. The large hotel area was well maintained with beautiful landscaping.

the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean daily room service was really good the variety of food choices available was excellent catering to every taste we found many activities perfect for families near golf courses.
the original room did not match our expectations upon arrival we found it quite different from the listing the materials felt outdated the color scheme was off and there was mold.

the staff always provided attentive service ensuring every need was met they were cheerful and eager to help making our stay stress free the team consistently were really nice too provide top tier care.

the position provided quick airport access at just 34 minutes making transfers easy we also enjoyed close proximity to golf courses offering many options for recreation many shops were within easy reach of the building.
