allergy unawarenesscritical issues
The hotel lacked awareness and systems for accommodating my son's allergies to dairy and soya. Staff could not accurately identify allergens in food, despite my prior notifications. on one occasion, we received a menu of safe foods that included items with soy, showing a concerning lack of understanding. the general manager also refused to meet with me about these critical issues.

the hotel grounds are beautiful with well kept gardens. i appreciated the spacious room with an app to control lights and temperature. the entertainment included activities during the day and shows at night. my son liked the big screen football and games room.
movie channels in english like sky or netflix would improve the entertainment options.

the staff was very attentive. waiters regularly asked guests if they wanted drinks throughout the day. guest relations even provided an apple watch charger (that was very kind of them).

the hotel has a kids club. it is brand new and our kids never wanted to leave. this club could fill their entire day with enjoyable activities. there are many pools to use.

the food selection was great with variety. handmade coffee was available and a nice gozleme stand operated on the beach. (the breakfast was great especially the pancakes). there was perfect charm bar with draught beer and wine.
