i enjoyed many aspects, the family suite were super clean with fresh towels provided everyday, the beds were slightly firm, this is a personal preference. the hotel provides shuttle service to the beach every half-hour. it was very convenient, and the nearby land of legends added Excitement.
the floor around the pool can be very slippery and it is important to walk carefully, as several people experienced falls .

the hotel had transport to the sea every 30 minutes, the ride was just 5 minutes!!! the beach area was designated for hotel guests and included a bar with food and drinks. i enjoyed the several pools and the aqua park. the hamam was AMAZING!!! i really enjoyed the massage, ibrahim knows his job SO well.
the room's air conditioning did not work properly during the entire stay, i reported this to the reception but the issue was never resolved.

the gym is spacious, and it has a lot of machines for a full body workout. there are several swimming pools including kids pool and the private beach area includes food and drinks service for all hotel guests.

the family room had a lot of space and the beds were very comfortable. the bathroom included all needed amenities and toiletries were replaced daily. the cleaning service was excellent and the room was always tidy.

FANTASTIC Hotel Experience!

The hotel had LOADS of space with many pools. Food and snacks were available almost all day in different areas. The hotel provides a regular bus to the beach. It is also a short walk if you enjoy a stroll.
I found that rooms had doors that did NOT lock to the balcony. This was a concern for security, especially at night. I suggest checking the door lock upon arrival.

the food and drinks are fantastic. there was plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. the snack bar is great for lunch. my little girl loved the kids club. she enjoys the mini disco.
i found the reception staff service disappointing. the rest of the hotel and its amenities are lovely though. it's hard to enjoy when you have had sleepless nights for half of your stay.

the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean! the food offered plenty of options. there were several pools available and the entertainment was good for all ages.
The bars closed early at 9pm, though they had a disco until 2am. i found it a little boring at times as there wasn't much to do here. the aqua park operated only at certain times. Otherwise, it was turned off.

I really enjoyed the water polo games. I found plenty of space around the pools, a plus. The food was good and I appreciated there was lots of variety (I especially liked the salads).
