Wonderful Staff and Comfy Beds!

The beds were VERY comfortable, and i slept well. Daily room service was excellent, and all staff were friendly. I found the staff efficient and hardworking, nothing was too much trouble for them. I will definitely be back again.
The car park was full when i arrived, so there was no space. The ev station is placed in a spot that blocks other cars. Getting out of the car was difficult due to the wall and the need for lateral parking.

The staff were very attentive. The location is lovely near Babbacombe Downs. It is a beautiful area. I enjoyed the well-stocked bar, and the hotel offered fantastic value. I appreciate the breakfast that was really good with plenty of options.

the friendly welcome at reception was nice. my room was fine, it was very clean and it had plenty of tea and coffee making kit! the evening meal had three choices.
i noticed a slightly fusty smell about the place, it was very slight.
