The breakfast selection was extensive and fresh eggs could be cooked to order. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the entertainment options provided each evening at the hotel. The Fire & Ice Spa was perfect, and the indoor pool looked inviting.
I found the room to be quite small for a double. The mattress felt hard, and the curtains had some rips. a bright blue light from an electrical panel made it difficult to darken the room fully for sleeping.

The restaurant is spacious , with a buffet breakfast with a varied choice of options. The breakfast includes a wide array of cereals , pastries, hot dishes , and fresh fruit. The attentive service added to the enjoyable dining experience.

the staff demonstrated great helpfulness throughout my stay. the food service was self service which meant options for portion control. parking was conveniently available on site and this added to the ease of my stay.
The room could use some updating, especially regarding decor. it was functional.

Superb stay with entertainment and leisure!

I enjoyed the night entertainment, great this year. The kids loved swimming in the pools. We also had easy access to nearby attractions using public transport. The number 11 bus stop is right outside! The staff did their utmost to accommodate my needs.
The older parts of the hotel show some wear, particularly in the corridors.

The restaurant is massive, it has a buffet breakfast that is super, with many options. I found lots of choices available. I was also told to tell them in advance if kids want a kids meal, ready for the evening. I had a tasty experience.

The hotel boasts excellent facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools for all to use. I enjoyed the variety of activities, including a bowling alley and snooker tables. They were available until 9 pm. Spa treatments gave a relaxing balance.
