amazing stay!

excellent food excellent service great location comfy bed
The christmas break was superb and lasted two days. the food was excellent. There was plenty of it. the customer service was excellent too. the hotel had a great location for the shops and quayside walk. everyone we talked to from check-in to departure were great, thus making us feel welcome.
the room was very warm, even after switching everything off. the shower and bath controls were complicated to use.

charming stay!

attentive staff excellent location cosy room
i found the breakfast good. the staff was attentive. the location was excellent for getting to the city centre. i thought my room was a cosy room!
the listing said i would get a large bed! the bed was actually two twin beds zipped together, a groove made sleeping uncomfortable.

friendly staff good location small room tired decoration
the staff were super friendly upon arrival. the location is also good. i had reserved parking and it worked out well.
the room was a bit small. it didn't have much space for clothes. i also noticed some tired decoration in places.
