amazing stay!

The christmas break was superb and lasted two days. the food was excellent. There was plenty of it. the customer service was excellent too. the hotel had a great location for the shops and quayside walk. everyone we talked to from check-in to departure were pretty good, thus making us feel welcome.
the room was very warm, even after switching everything off. the shower and bath controls were complicated to use.

i found the breakfast good. the staff was attentive. the location was excellent for getting to the city centre. i thought my room was a cosy room!
the listing said i would get a large bed! the bed was actually two twin beds zipped together, a groove made sleeping uncomfortable.

the staff were super friendly upon arrival. the location is also good. i had reserved parking and it worked out well.
the room was a bit small. it didn't have much space for clothes. i also noticed some tired decoration in places.
