a good stay overall
the location felt clean. it was modern. i thought the setting was nice and i would book again. the restaurant were lovely, and i liked that. the hotel were excellent. the spa. staff are really helpful. food were good.

beautiful art modern decor superking bed stained settee unclean carpet stained glass
Our room had amazing decor! The art was beautiful, and I liked the colors. I especially loved the carpets. The location overlooking the beach was fine, and everything felt modern. I liked the superking bed and had a great night's sleep.
The corridor carpets to the rooms were unclean and stained. Our settee also had stains on it, not good, though. The glass panels for the patios were stained and not clean.

sea view room disappointment
car park unwanted noise
we booked a sea view room. i must say i was quite disappointed. the view was mostly of the car park. i expected something better for the price i paid. the room itself was fine, but the noise from the coming and going of vehicles was not ideal. i found the hotel a bit squashed. it made personal space hard to find.

a wonderful stay
great location helpful staff shuttle bus service
I really loved the location. Waking up to that view was amazing. the staff were very accommodating and helpful. the shuttle bus service proved very useful for getting around , so i didn't have to drive.
the breakfast selection could have been better, i thought there wasn't enough variety to choose from.

my double room included complimentary gin and tonics upon arrival, a nice touch. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept very well. luggage assistance to the room was available too.

The staff were generally friendly and ready to assist. I felt welcomed. the availability of a shuttle service was very beneficial, particularly for travelling to nearby areas. the team walked me to my room and explained all the amenities.

The food was excellent and tasty, i really enjoyed it. i thought the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. It was very relaxing. the restaurant offered great views of the surrounding area, i really loved it.

The setting is modern and very clean, i thought it was well kept. the hotel is in a great location for getting away and relaxing. the view was nice, and the setting was very appealing. I would definitely book again.

immaculate bedding functional air conditioning lovely balcony
the room i stayed in was impeccably clean, with super clean bedding and perfectly functioning air conditioning. the bathroom was well kept, equipped with fluffy towels. i found the sea-facing balcony to be a highlight, offering views and adding to the overall experience.
during my stay, i noted that the breakfast hot options required an additional fee, differing from typical inclusions.

small room unconcerned staff
the free gin in the room was an acceptable touch.
the reception team did not seem concerned. the staff was to be just doing their jobs with no extra effort.
