This hotel offered fantastic service. Every detail was carefully considered. The food was amazing and served hot! The exemplary way the whole hotel is run creates a superb business model. The golf and location are great.
The tree in front of my seaview room was large. It spoiled the view.

the staff welcomed me warmly, and the spa facilities were perfect. the food was fantastic, the rooms were beautiful, and the staff were all friendly. i found the room great and the options on food were delicious. the hotel is central for seeing cornwall!
I noticed the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied. That was a minor issue.

The hotel is ideally situated to explore, and offers convenient access to nearby attractions and coastal walks. it's easy to get around, and the surroundings are beautiful. Though the parking was expensive!

the breakfast offered a fresh, rich selection of high-quality items in a light-filled breakfast room. the lounge seating is plentiful, so i could enjoy coffee, lunch, or drinks. the overall menu has many amazing choices that change each day.

a lovely seaside getaway

This hotel provided a genuinely relaxing experience. The complimentary cream tea i received was a good touch. the breakfast buffet offered MANY options, including freshly cooked items. I found several interesting local attractions and the location ideal for exploring the coastline.
the room i had was somewhat dated, lacking a certain 'wow' factor. I noted that the mattress felt very soft, and certain furniture looked a bit old.

the staff in the restaurant and bar were cute from arrival to departure.
the pools were not clean. the outdoor pool had hair and dirt. i constantly removed hair while swimming. the indoor pool contained a dirty, blood and yellow stained plaster. it was quite unhygienic.
