the staff was friendly. the room was spacious. amenities were available. food was delicious and reasonably priced (i enjoyed this!). the on-site spa treatments are definitely worth the experience. the hotel is dog friendly too.
on arrival, i was told about a parking charge of £10 per night. i found this quite inconvenient, as i wasn't aware of the parking fee beforehand.

The staff was very helpful and polite . Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, I especially liked the fresh preparation. I also appreciated the room upgrade I received upon check-in, thanks to the receptionist James.. His professional approach was notable.
The hotel has many staircases, so reaching the room was sometimes difficult.
