The staff was very helpful. The gym facilities were superb! I will return when I need accommodation in the area. The room size was comfortable, and the bar was attractive, even if it closed promptly at 11 pm.

I found the room spacious and clean. The shower was really powerful. The pool, sauna and steam room access for just £4 extra was a great deal. I would certainly return again.

i booked a twin room. the room was clean and tidy with a large screen tv. there was also a coffee machine and a mini fridge. grounds were lovely to sit out in of an evening (i enjoyed the fresh air).
the checkin process seemed clunky (it took more than 15 minutes). there were just two staff serving at the bar. so, there were huge queues to get a drink.

the grounds looked beautiful! the interior settings also was lovely! the staff seemed efficient and friendly. the bedrooms were spacious. i enjoyed excellent food in a great setting, i must say.
the receptionist said the heating was off until october! she only offered an extra blanket. the door to my room felt very stiff. i could not close it quietly. sockets next to the bed were only for the table lamp, twice.
